Approval Process for Main Campus Students to Take Online Courses for:
SPRING & SUMMER 2025
Online Schedule of CoursesEnroll:
- Step 1: Log in to Student Planning
- Step 2: Register for the Online Summer courses you wish to take
- Step 3: Email your Adviser requesting approval for your course selections
Drop & Withdraw:
- Step 1: Log in to Student Portal
- Instructions to Create your Account if this is the first time you are logging in:
- Click on Create an Account
- Use your Campbell Email address and a password of your choice
- Click Register
- You will receive an email with a link to activate your account
- Instructions to Create your Account if this is the first time you are logging in:
- Step 2: Click on My Dashboard
- Step 3: Click on Add New Case
- Step 4: Click on Add New Record
- Step 5: Choose Enrollment Form
- Step 6: Fill out the Enrollment Form (refer to drop and withdraw dates below) and Submit

Notes
- Do not email enrollment requests to the Online office; the steps above must be followed.
- Registration for Main Campus students to take Fall 2025 Online courses will open on July 1st.
- For the most up-to-date schedule, Campbell University Online publishes a list of online courses available by term in the Student Planner.
- Students taking online courses must adhere to the policies, procedures, and dates set forth by Campbell University Online and all policies set forth by the Current Undergraduate Academic Catalog.
